I strive to maintain a respectful and professional relationship with all of my clients. I value your time and loyalty, so I expect the same in return. That being said, I do have a very strict cancellation policy: If you are a 'no show' or cancel at the time of your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the service. You must provide 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment without being charged a fee (this will be half the price of the service scheduled). If you are a repeat offender in cancelling appointments in that 24-hour time frame or in being a "no show', I will have no choice but to remove you as a client. Your cooperation is extremely helpful in keeping my business healthy and thriving. Thank you!
